00:50options but there is one one big one pretty early on we're talking Kirkstone

00:59Pass might actually be the new highest elevation I'm not too sure but it's

01:08gonna rival Bake Up from the other day but just yeah just gonna crack on get

01:15one big one done and then it should be relatively cruisy into Carlisle this

01:20morning about four hours I think to get there and then across a little bit of

01:28Hadrian's Wall which I've never seen before
