00:07who do you think has been the standout in this title charge season

00:10obviously they haven't gone all the way elsewhere domestically

00:22obviously Mo Salah's had an unbelievable season

00:24we've mentioned Van Dijk has been the bedrock

00:34I think it has to be one of those two yeah

00:36just because of what they've brought week in week out

00:39now if you'd have asked me this two months ago

00:43I'd have been tempted to see Ryan Gravenberge

00:45because he's been outstanding in the number six role

00:49but he has just tailed off a little bit

00:51probably because he has played so much football

00:55he's only 22 but as you say

00:56Van Dijk absolutely back to his best

00:59he's been the leader throughout it all

01:04a couple of mistakes lately

01:06but apart from that he's been pretty much impeccable

01:10throughout the season

01:11he's made things look easy

01:12and Mo Salah's number has been incredible

01:15having 32 goals and 23 assists

01:18he is a winger who's going to win the golden boots

01:22putting his name in the hat for the balance

01:25or you could go for it couldn't you

01:27I think one player who maybe deserves a special mention

01:32is Alexis McAllister

01:33he's gone about his business quietly

01:34so important for the way that he makes this Liverpool team tick

01:38and Ibrahim Karate as well

01:41Virgil van Dijk's centre-back partner

01:45has been excellent

01:46Alisson Becker has in goal

01:48but he's had his injuries

01:49but as you say

01:50there's only two

01:51I think even non-Lyrepool fans would agree with

01:55it's either Virgil van Dijk or Mo Salah

01:57I don't think anyone will be complaining

01:59if either of them win it
