00:18while a group of riders were chasing a man on a bicycle

00:22in F. Legaspi Street, Pasig City.

00:25Later, the man who was riding a bicycle

00:28jumped on a bench.

00:30He was chased by a motorcycle man in front of him

00:33who is a police officer.

00:39The man who was riding a bicycle

00:41when a student's cell phone was stolen.

00:43Many people saw it so they immediately reported it to the police.

00:47This suspect, who pretended to be a shopkeeper,

00:51suddenly dropped a cell phone of the victim.

00:59He ran away using his bicycle.

01:03The cell phone was recovered

01:05and because there was a valid arrest,

01:08the police searched the suspect

01:13and he was caught with a suspected illegal drug.

01:21The suspect was released from jail

01:24because of the alleged illegal drug.
