00:46children who were playing had said a girl had disappeared in the water and they could

00:52not find her. We heard from 62-year-old Kerry Bernard-Jardin who told the PA news agency

01:08is of course a concrete slope that goes directly into the river Thames and is used to transport

01:16boats. Residents pointed out that it had appeared to be covered in moss and is slippery.
