00:00Up to 34 complaints of vote-buying are being investigated by the Committee on Contrabigay of the Commission on Elections.

00:08According to the Commonwealth Commissioner Ernesto Macedo Jr., 23 of the complaints are about vote-buying and vote-selling

00:16while the other 11 are about abuse of state resources or the use of state funds.

00:21After Macedo's complaint, an investigation is underway to find out if the candidates will face the consequences of vote-buying and vote-selling.

00:31As of now, aside from placing a cap on withdrawals from banks, even e-wallet applications,

00:38there will also be a cap on the transfer of money and it is expected to start two days before May 12.

00:47This is the only time when everyone is equal.
