00:00Five people were killed and four injured after an explosion rocked a coal mine in northern

00:07Spain on Monday. Two of the injured people were transferred to a hospital in a city nearby

00:12to be treated for burns. Another was taken to another neighbouring hospital with a head

00:17injury. Local emergency services confirmed two other people were uninjured in the accident.

00:24Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez offered his condolences to the relatives of the deceased

00:29and thanked emergency workers.
