00:00So I used to dream I would become the prima ballerina of the Philippines.

00:04I did do ballet for like 10 years of my life and that was something that I really enjoyed.

00:08I love the art, I love the craft, but it really did lead to me feeling very uncomfortable in my

00:14body and that actually led me to where I am now of creating content and hopefully

00:20bringing confidence and awareness around how you can take care of your body not through hate

00:25but through love and how you can be your version of yourself and allow yourself to exist.

00:31But I think what it means mostly is that you believe in your message and the value that you

00:37provide and you continue to go for that. Like I always say you always deserve to eat and there

00:44will always be people who will say, oh you're just telling people that they can be unhealthy,

00:50that they can eat whatever they want. My goal is really to empower people to realize that health

00:54is not limited to restrictions. It doesn't only look one way, it depends on your context in life.

01:01So if you want to be a woman of influence, you have to believe in your message

01:07and follow through with that and hopefully that resonates with everyone.
