00:37I know it comes with a lot of hard work.

00:39What advice do you have for young women

00:40trying to break out into the business

00:42and become a top female executive such as yourself?

00:45I think you have to have passion.

00:47Just be passionate and believe in everything

00:49that you're doing and don't take no for an answer.
