00:30Oh my gosh, I

00:32am just really excited about all the

00:34amazing women. These women inspire

00:36me. These women are

00:38incredible. I'm excited

00:40about every single one of them.

00:42We are also attempting

00:44six costume changes

00:46throughout the course of the night.

00:48There is a chance we might not make it to the sixth one

00:50or the fifth one.

00:52But we're going to try.

00:54It's been my dream

00:56to host an awards show and every time you see me on stage

00:58I'm in something new.

01:00We planned, we practiced

01:02and I'm a little nervous

01:04but we'll see.

01:06I mean, there's always the afterparty for the outfit as well.

01:08I didn't realize there was an afterparty. I'm going to be so tired

01:10after this. I've been up since like 6.30 this morning.

01:12An afterparty?

01:14This is the thing. When you work really hard, it's like

01:16an afterparty.

01:18I don't even think I can stand up.

01:20And I'm much older than you.

01:22How old are you? I'm 14.

01:24Oh God.

01:30The one thing I will say to you as a 14 year old

01:32is enjoy the metabolism.

01:36Your skin is gorgeous.

01:38There's something wonderful about, just try to be present.

01:42But the energy.

01:44There are things that get better

01:46and greater later

01:48but the metabolism.

01:50And stay curious.

01:52What has

01:54gotten me through my life is that

01:56I'm still a student.

01:58I'm still learning. I'm still thirsty

02:00for knowledge

02:02and curious. And I ask questions

02:04and I research

02:06and I really

02:08is a huge reason why

02:10I'm where I'm at today.

02:12Stay curious. Stay a student.
