00:05The time is now Sunday, March 30, 2025.

00:11And in our latest satellite images, we can see that we are monitoring a low-pressure area.

00:17This was our observation yesterday, around 10 a.m.

00:21And now, this is the last observation, at 330 km from Cuyo in Palawan.

00:28Meanwhile, there is still a small chance that this will become a typhoon.

00:31But the low-pressure area brought by the clouds will bring a cloudy sky

00:36and a high chance of rain here in the part of Mimaropa and Western Visayas.

00:42Based on our latest data, there is still a small chance that this low-pressure area will become a typhoon.

00:48We will notice that in March, there are very few typhoons in our country,

00:53within the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:55One of the main reasons for this is because the ocean is not yet that hot

01:00near our country, that's why typhoons are not yet formed.
