Kashmir's Schools Are Open. And Empty.

Hundreds of schools finally opened in Kashmir, but there was no one in them.

01:20The government has put an announcement on the TV to open the schools and we have opened

01:26but we are waiting for the parents to bring in their children.

01:29As far as communication is concerned, there is no landline working, no mobile working

01:34so there is apprehension from the parents to send the children to the school due to

01:38lack of communication.

01:39Till now nobody has arrived yet so we are waiting if anybody comes we are open for that.
