01:55NEET and JEE have 25 lakh aspirants all over India.

01:59Including parents who will accompany their children to the exam centre.

02:03They will travel hundreds of kilometres.

02:05They will have to arrange for accommodation like a hotel.

02:09It's not like exam centres are present in every district of India.

02:13That's not practically possible too.

02:15Does this SOP guarantee that every student out of the 25 lakh is safe?

02:22Because if it doesn't, it does violate the right to life.

02:31The distance between Bhagalpur and Patna is about 234 kilometres.

02:39There is no transportation facility.

02:43We are living in a severe zone.

02:46And even if we go, what will we do?

02:48The people of Bihar or the whole of India will be saved from the pandemic.
