00:00It is possible that Senate President Francis Escudero will not allow the House Prosecution Panel to have Vice President Sara Duterte answer to the Articles of Impeachment.

00:10Escudero said that if the Senate has a session, the Articles of Impeachment can be presented and the Impeachment Court can be convened here.

00:19But the Congressmen and their rights are not happy with the time.

00:24Escudero said that he will not do anything, except if there is a special session that he will be able to hold.
