03:54but I would always put them on this pedestal. They deserved the spotlight more than I did.

04:41I use sadness so constructively in the last two years, ever since I've been working on

05:05being emotionally honest, I've used sadness as a tool for gratitude. It's humbling and

05:14I'm grateful that I'm able to feel these emotions because I know that because of this sadness,

05:27I'm going to be able to feel joy.

05:36I got to take my bra off. It hurts. The longer you deal with yourself, the more you accept

05:52it. Just like with anything, just like with that bra. The longer I wear that bra, the

05:59more I deal with the pain, but you have a choice. You can take the bra off or you can

06:04live your whole life in pain and I think that the bra is a metaphor of societal pressure

06:13to conform.
