00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,

00:04is more concerned with the guidelines of the AYUDA for the Kapos Ang Kita Program, or ACAP.

00:09This is to avoid being used by politicians in their campaign in the elections.

00:17This also ensures that the program's funds are used properly.

00:21According to DSWD Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao,

00:25they will also make public the names of ACAP beneficiaries

00:30in the provinces as a way to show the transparency of the agency.

00:34Under the Joint Memorandum Circular of DSWD,

00:38the beneficiary's sensitive information will remain private.

00:42Evaluation and assessment will continue

00:46for everyone who applies to the program

00:49and only those who are eligible to receive assistance from ACAP

00:54Meanwhile, ACAP is one of the exempted programs of DSWD

00:58for the upcoming elections.
