00:00Former Iloilo Assemblyman and Bannat Partylist, Representative Salvador Britanico,

00:07attempted to arrest former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:10He was charged with a warrant from the International Criminal Court in the case of Crimes Against Humanity.
