00:00For today's talk, the Muntinglupa City Prosecutor's Office has filed a case of cyber libel against Director Daryl Yap.

00:16This is due to a complaint filed by Vic Soto due to the release on social media of the trailer of the movie The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma.

00:24In the trailer, we can see the scene where Pepsi said that he did not commit rape.

00:30According to the investigation of the prosecutor's office, there is enough evidence to charge Daryl with cyber libel.

00:40So we expect that the court will hear this case in the coming months.

00:45And according to the law, if Daryl is proven guilty, he can be jailed for up to 6 years.

00:52We do not have information if the court has issued a warrant of arrest.

00:56The prosecutor's office recommended a fine of Php 10,000.

01:00The court was first instructed to take down the trailer of the movie The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma last January.

01:08We reached out to Daryl but he refused to give a statement.
