Pizza Pakora – Add a crunchy twist to your Iftaar spread with Pizza Pakoras! Crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor from Shangrila’s delicious sauces on the inside.
Ingredients:
Chickpea flour: 1 cup Capsicum: ½ cup Onion: ½ cup Oregano: ½ tbsp. Cheese: ½ cup Black pepper: ½ tbsp. Salt: to taste Red chili: ½ tbsp. Tomato: ½ cup Shangrila Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp. Shangrila Pizza Sauce: 2 tbsp. Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce: 2 tbsp. Water: ½ cup Oil: for deep frying
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of chickpea flour, ½ cup of chopped capsicum, and ½ cup of chopped onion. Sprinkle in ½ tbsp. of oregano, ½ cup of cheese, ½ tbsp. of black pepper, salt to taste, and ½ tbsp. of red chili. Add ½ cup of chopped tomatoes. For the batter, mix in 2 tbsp. of Shangrila Tomato Ketchup, 2 tbsp. of Shangrila Pizza Sauce, 2 tbsp. of Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce, and ½ cup of water. Stir until a thick batter forms. Heat oil in a frying pan for deep frying. Scoop spoonful of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until the pakoras turn golden brown. Serve your delicious Pizza Pakoras with Shangrila Tomato Ketchup.
