00:00Although it is not yet official that the fire will start, the incident of the grass fire in Ilocos Norte has already increased.

00:05That is why the Bureau of Fire Protection is continuously alert.

00:09The details are in the national news of Rani Durilaga of Radyo Pilipinas, Lauag.

00:16The people of the Bureau of Fire Protection of Lauag City in Ilocos Norte are in full force to extinguish that grass fire in Barangay 18.

00:23The extinguishing of the fire is difficult because of the fire that reached Gilbert Bridge.

00:29These incidents are being continuously monitored by the BFP this Fire Prevention Month in Lungsot.

00:35This is the month that we have a lot of fires because of the beginning of the heat and at the same time, there is also wind.

00:44So these are the factors that are causing...

00:48One of the factors is why we have a lot of fires.

00:52Although the number of structural fires in the area is decreasing, the BFP of Lauag will continue to monitor their information drive

00:59so that they can avoid the fire and protect their lives and property.

01:04That is our goal or objective that not only to avoid getting hurt, but also to prevent the fire from happening here in our province.

01:21Aside from reminding residents to be careful of the fire, the Barangay Fire Brigade is also being trained by the BFP of Lauag.

01:29They are the first to respond to the fires, to their responsibility so that the fire does not spread.
