00:19they noticed that the bridge is showing signs of deterioration, such as holes in the road.
00:27As part of the agency, heavy trucks weighing more than 15 tons are no longer allowed to pass through.
00:35The agency is asking people to pass through Maharlika Road in Isabela,
00:40to go to Cagayan and come back to maintain public safety.
00:46Meanwhile, the bridge, which was opened in 1969, is said to be 55 years old.
