05:51from where my dad was born.

05:55my dad's like, okay, we've got to use this coffee

05:57because we want to keep stuff local,

05:59like from our area, from where we're from in Italy.

06:04Theoretically, since we're in Hackensack,

06:07and that's in Italy.

06:16The town is located in the hills, beautiful.
