00:28This was after a tip was received that a suicidal individual was heading to Washington.

00:34The gunman was forced to fire when he pulled out his gun.

00:39The man was immediately taken to the hospital, but his condition was not yet stable.

00:44U.S. President Donald Trump was not in the White House when this happened.
