00:00Sir, how can a right leader makes a big difference in a society?

00:04The leader you choose can often bring you change, not that the leader changes nothing.

00:11Do you even know what needs to be changed?

00:14Leadership obviously is wonderful, but you have to figure out what is the direction your

00:19leader is taking you towards.

00:21Just because the car is speeding does not mean the destination will be nice.

00:26One kind of problem is when you have a bogus leader who does nothing at all.

00:30When you say, oh see he is not bringing about any change, that's one kind of a problem.

00:33And an equally troublesome thing is when you have a leader that's bringing about just the

00:39wrong kind of change.

00:41Don't be mesmerized just because there is change.

00:44Ask yourself, what is the quality of this change?

00:46What is the direction of this change?

00:47Is this the change that would really bring peace and joy and rest to me?

00:53Is this what I wanted?
