00:16Born as a female in the Northeast, you'll have a very different list of do's and don'ts.

00:23They're not yours.

00:24The generator itself is not authentically you.

00:30Then how can these do's and don'ts matter?

00:32It's not about just doing something.

00:35It's about knowing the doer.

00:37Know why there must be movement at all.

00:40Know who you are.

00:41Know what is it that you lack.

00:44Know what is it that you need to shed.

00:46And then the deed is right.

00:48Then you know the one right direction for you, unambiguously, choicelessly.
