00:16and 24,858 biometric devices for the use of voting centers. The distribution is being carried out by
00:24the nation's armed forces under the guidance of the National Electoral Council and is expected
00:28to be completed by Saturday. President of the National Electoral Council, Cosette López,
00:33urged all electoral personnel to use the voting documents
00:36and devices properly in order to guarantee the transparency of the polls.
