In Ecuador, citizens went Sunday to the polls in the first round of the general election, with over 92% percent of the votes counted. Candidates Luisa Gonzalez and Daniel Noboa will go to a runoff next April 13th.

02:25In the case of Luisa González, the challenge is that she is going to fight not only a candidate,
