00:25for its assistance for the Philippine security forces.

00:29According to Palacio, this decision by the US is a big deal

00:33because the US assistance of $336 million in the Philippines

00:42divided by the $500 million foreign military financing or FMF

00:47approved by the US Congress last year

00:50under the Biden administration.

00:52According to Malacanang,
