00:00The three specialty centers in Cagayan Valley Medical Center are now under the care of the locals.

00:13The presence of a cancer center in Cagayan Valley is a big help for Ate Melba.

00:18Aside from not having to travel for a long time, she can now treat ovarian cancer for free.

00:24All of the bills are paid by us. We just have to line up to pay for the bill.

00:36Ate Melba is one of more than 100 patients who are being serviced by Cagayan Valley Medical Center

00:43since the cancer center opened.

00:46For now, three out of the 14 specialty centers in the hospital are operational.

00:51While the facilities in CBMC are not open yet, their staff continues their training.

00:58We are very happy here in Cagayan Valley Medical Center because we are a recipient of 14 specialty centers.

01:08Our cancer center is now fully operational.

01:15The infectious disease and tropical medicine is the same.

01:19Even though the specialty centers are not yet open, CBMC assured that they will provide medical services to the patients,

01:27such as heart and vascular services.

01:30The establishment of specialty centers in the province is one of the achievements of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

01:37that will provide a good medical service to the Filipinos.
