00:00A garden with good care for the patients is located in a hospital in Davao region.

00:05The natural garden is not only expected to help the patients,

00:09but also to serve the employees of the natural medicine.

00:12JM Sarabia of PIA Davao has a national news report.

00:17The Southern Philippines Medical Center opened the clean garden

00:20that has a healing and garden aspect for each patient to serve the employees of the natural hospital.

00:26Yes, our natural garden is being rehabilitated.

00:31But the Secretary of Health said that the hospital has no clinical aspect.

00:37It should have an aspect for healing and garden.

00:41And this is really for our patients, for our workers, and even for our employees.

00:46Kalinaw is a Cebuano word that means peace and quiet.

00:51Under the guidance of Secretary of Health Dr. Ted Herbosa,

00:55this 8-point action agenda is based on the thoughts and feelings of each patient

01:00regarding the emotional wellness of each patient.

01:02Kalinaw Garden will be of great help to each patient and employee

01:06so that they can have a good look and feel even if they are in a hospital facility.

01:11Now, we have mental spaces or healing spaces.

01:17The pay is not enough but I don't expect them to be open-minded

01:25and not to be too stressed and depressed.

01:30The 8-point action agenda of DOH is based on the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028

01:36that will provide assurances that each Filipino will experience quality health services.
