Police arrested a man suspected in a stabbing attack Friday at Berlin’s Holocaust Memorial that left a Spanish tourist seriously injured, police said.  There was no immediate indication of a motive for the attack, which comes two days before Germans vote in a national election on Sunday. 00:20completely ruthlessly.

00:26He was seriously injured and was transported to a hospital here in Berlin-Mitte and is

00:39Around 8.45 p.m. our forces of the Einsatzhundertschaft here on Bärenstraße, Ecke Ebertstraße,

00:47took out a male person.

00:49This male person had blood on his hands.

00:51The person was immediately brought to the ground and tied up.

00:56There is a lot of talk at the moment that this is a possible suspect.

01:02The suspect was immediately arrested here.

01:22Probably a knife, maybe something else.

01:25We've seized a lot of evidence now.

01:28We've arrested a male person at 20.45 here on the corner Ebertstraße and Bärenstraße.

01:34And this person had several evidence on him.

01:37And we seized all this evidence.

01:39This evidence will be brought to Criminal Investigation Department of Berlin.

01:42And they are now investigating and preparing an interrogation of the suspect.
