00:09Because I know how probably hostile that environment was.

00:13But there was no letting down and the rule of law.

00:16It's easy to say that this is an issue about Pastor Kibuloy.

00:20But for me, one of our strongest advocates in the TIHU party is child welfare and human trafficking.

00:28We should not forget that this issue is not about the perpetrator.

00:34It's about the victim.

00:35It's about those people who were trafficked, those minors who were sent abroad,

00:41the victims of the crimes that happened there.

00:50If Apollo Kibuloy was in jail, he would be in court now.

00:56We are happy that finally justice can prevail.
