00:00And we now know that it's gonna be headlined by Dustin Pegg and Andrew Angelcourt.

00:04Now, of course, Pegg was supposed to fight on KnuckleMania 5.

00:07That fight fell apart, but won't have to wait too long and go right back to the same spot in Philadelphia.

00:12He's, of course, coming off that loss to Carlos Trinidad-Snake, the knockout loss that he had.

00:18That was a stoppage that, you know, kind of ruined where he was going right there.

00:21He had a nice streak going with the BKFC before that.

00:24Three wins in a row, coming off the unanimous decision win over Joe Elmore before that.

00:28So it's gonna be a big one.

00:29He wants redemption. He wants to get back into the mix as possibly being a title contender.

00:33He'll do that against Andrew Angelcourt, who, of course, had a couple nice fights there.

00:37We haven't seen him for a while, for almost a year now, after his fight against Ruben War.

00:42But had a couple great fights for the BKFC out in California.

00:44Now he's gonna come cross-country.

00:46Barstow Finest is gonna come over and fight in Philly.

00:49I feel like there's a, you know, kind of a commonality with guys like Barstow and guys in Philly.

00:55Kind of that same kind of scrappy, underdog mentality that they always have.

00:59Of course, different from the city of Philadelphia to, you know, the small city of Barstow.

01:03But still, I think they, you know, are gonna have some commiserating there between him and the fight fans in Philly.

01:09Then, the following week, March 27th, down there in Hollywood, Florida.

01:14They love going there, and they load the cards when they do.

01:16And they are doing that once again.

01:18Let's talk about some of these great fights.

01:19Starting with Luis Baboon Palomino versus Howard H.D. Davis.

01:23We see the return of the Baboon.

01:25Now, we didn't see him since he lost that title over a year ago.

01:29Now, 2024, early February, he lost to No Doubt Trout down there in Florida.

01:34Has not fought since, and now he will fight Howard H.D. Davis.

01:38Of course, the long, rangy fighter who has fought both featherweight and lightweight.

01:43This one will be at lightweight.

01:45Well, Palomino was the former champ.

01:47Of course, H.D. Davis coming off that beatdown of Get Down Brown.

01:50He picked him apart down there in Florida and will look to do the same against Palomino.

01:55The fans are going to be very split.

01:56Those guys both, you know, headquartered in that area.

01:59So, we'll see who they get behind.

02:01But that could be a very interesting fight between two great tactical fighters.

02:05Then you also have, at heavyweight, Leonardo Perdomo getting back in there

02:09after his big win over Levi DaCosta back there in December.

02:13Another quick, early round one victory for him.

02:16And he is going to be fighting Aurelius here.

02:18Steve Aurelius coming off the loss to Copeland.

02:21It's one and one in the BKFC.

02:23This is going to be a tough test.

02:25For him going against Perdomo, both these guys have some great power,

02:27but Perdomo has just been bulldozing through the heavyweight division.

02:31And, you know, you have to wonder if he's going to get a title shot

02:33if he gets this victory and continues to climb up

02:36into the top five of that heavyweight division.

02:39Also, we will have a bantamweight fight between Russo and Street on this card as well.

02:45That's going to be a nice scrappy fight between those guys.

02:48And then also at bantamweight, you will have Justin Ibarola versus Velasquez.

02:53Now, Ibarola, of course, is ranked in this division.

02:57We're going to talk about him coming up with our man Keith Rockstar Richardson

03:02in a little while, talk about why are these two fighting

03:04the two of the top of this division?

03:05Well, Ibarola is going to be fighting against Velasquez right now.

03:08Ibarola undefeated 6-0 in the BKFC.

03:11Velasquez, on the other hand, coming off a win over Travis The Animal Thompson,

03:15but also fighting boxing at the same time in MMA.

03:18His last fight was an MMA fight that he lost, boxing fight, I'm sorry,

03:22the glove boxing that he lost by unanimous decision.

03:24But can he knock Ibarola off his post here as one of the top fighters in this division?

03:29I don't know.

03:30That's going to be a tough battle for him.

03:32And I hope after Ibarola, you know, has his fight and maybe after,

03:35if we get a win from him and a win from Keith Rockstar Richardson,

03:40I mean, those guys aren't fighting for the title.

03:42Why are they not fighting each other?

03:43We got to see these guys do battle and see who is the one

03:46that should be fighting Blas for that belt.

03:48Then we're going to go overseas for the BKFC far overseas.

03:52For the first time, they're going to Dubai.

03:55Not only are they going to go there and put on a card,

03:58they're going to put on two of them.

04:00Back-to-back nights, April 4th and 5th.

04:03We're going to get two fight cards from Dubai for the BKFC

04:06for their first foray into the Middle East.

04:09And they're going to headline the April 4th card with a title fight there

04:14with Austin, no doubt, Trout defending his belt against Carlos Trinidad Snake

04:19for the welterweight title of the BKFC.

04:21Now, of course, Trout last fought in Spain against Rico Franco,

04:25where he did, he kept that title, defended it for the first time

04:28out there, October.

04:30Then Trinidad Snake, on the other hand, had a great fight

04:34in his last fight, where he got a third round TKO against Zach Gisola.

04:38He's been on a roll so far, beating guys like Alvin Brito, Dustin Pegg,

04:42Ryan O'Reilly.

04:43So he continues to be undefeated and finally gets his shot at the belt

04:46at the welterweight title against Austin, no doubt, Trout, April 4th

04:49over there in Dubai.

04:51Then the following night, April 5th, Kai Stewart defends his featherweight

04:54title once again, this time against Tommy Steardham, the South African.

04:59Now, of course, you have Kai Stewart coming off the win over Jimmy Rivera

05:03in a unanimous decision, but you know, probably a lot closer than the

05:06scores even say, depending on how you judge some of those slips that

05:10could have been called knockdowns.

05:12But now he's going to be facing Tommy Steardham for his title there,

05:15who is making his BKFC debut, I believe, you know, has had some nice

05:19fights, some good bare-knuckle boxing experience.

05:23But now he faces another level here in King Kai Stewart, and we'll see

05:29how he does in that fight against King Kai in Dubai.

05:33This is going to be an interesting fight.

05:35I'm not a guy that was really in the picture.

05:37If you're looking at just the rankings there, I'm sorry.

05:42Correct myself.

05:42Tommy Steardham has fought for the BKFC, obviously, a couple fights

05:45here under his belt out in Omaha and then Newcastle.

05:47This is going to be a step-up in competition, obviously, though,

05:50from guys like Cody Land, Corey Roberts, and Jon Spencer.

05:52He's going to be fighting for that title against King Kai, and this

05:56is going to be a different kind of battle for him.

05:58Can he rise to the level of competition he's going to be facing

06:01and get that title?

06:02So far, nobody else has.
