00:00So, everything started 15 years ago when we acquired the first plots of land in the Business

00:17Bay area.

00:18And at that time, our opportunity that we have identified in the marketplace is that

00:22when everybody is focusing on the large developments and large master plans, there are limited

00:26developers that are focusing on delivering bespoke building solutions, bespoke quality

00:33buildings that addresses a particular segment of the market.

00:36And that was the vision, and we aimed to work with the best designers of the world to deliver

00:42this vision to reality.

00:44And 15 years later, today we are in 2020, and our portfolio is about $5 billion, and

00:50we're very proud to be successfully working with top designers of the world, like the

00:58Dame Zaha Hadid, Lord Norman Foster of Foster & Partners, and the team of Foster & Partners

01:06have been phenomenal in our Dorchester building, Dorchester Collection Hotel and Residence

01:11in downtown area.

01:12And by working and associating and understanding the global top designers of the world, we

01:17understood better our customer needs, we understand better their cutting-edge design,

01:21their cutting-edge solution to provide and address this customer segment.

01:24And that has always been the philosophy for me.

01:26If you look at every of our buildings, they're very different from each other.

01:28We don't repeat the same building.

01:30We find a bespoke solution to address the customer segment.

01:33It's more difficult, it's by far more time-consuming, something that we have learned in a hard way

01:39over the last 15 years, but the result and the outcome, it's phenomenal.

01:48Due to the philosophy of Omniart, again, focusing on bespoke properties and focusing on building

01:57the right property for the right audience, customer segment, that can be successfully

02:03executed if you pay attention to every detail.

02:06Thankfully, as a developer who has a very limited and focused portfolio, we have the

02:13ability to pay that level of attention to the properties and to the buildings we produce,

02:17and accordingly, the result is the manifestation of what you see today.

02:20Thanks to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid,

02:25the true leadership of this country and this city that has come together to demonstrate

02:30unity brings power, unity brings execution to the ability, and when you follow that with

02:35a fantastic team who is dedicated, it's a manifestation of what's possible.

02:41We try to learn from that, we try to be inspired by that leadership and that approach, and

02:45we are very proud of our people, our team, and the way they've handled as well through

02:49this pandemic and looked at and touched on every touchpoint that we have had.

02:56And the result is successful today, Omniart Palm Jumeirah is already over 91% complete,

03:02I think we are now closer to 94-95% complete, and we're looking forward to complete the

03:08building by the end of this year.

03:10This is the ultimate residential experience, and we went out to secure the right hospitality

03:14partner.

03:15Dorchester Collection is looking at providing an additional level of service to the clientele

03:20base, reflecting their hospitality background and hospitality experience.

03:24So that goes in a long list of a la carte level of services, depending on customer needs,

03:31and they can have the full package of the services, like they live in a five-star hotel.

03:35The residence Dorchester Collection, Dubai, is another big manifestation of ultimate residential

03:41living in downtown area.

03:43So now we've delivered one for this part of the city, we're planning to repeat the same

03:47success in that part of the city.

03:49This is an exclusive residential building with only 39 residents, even smaller selection

03:55compared to OmniPalm, but with all the amenities and all the experience, and enjoys the exclusivity

04:03of being a neighbor to a Dorchester Collection hotel.

04:07That is scheduled as well for opening in Q4 2022.

04:12Beyond which, we are of course continuously looking at bringing into the market a new

04:15product using our current land bank and new opportunities in Dubai, and tailoring those

04:21products to the requirement of the city, and we're eyeing always regional expansion and

04:26global expansion, reflecting our knowledge, reflecting our know-how, reflecting our experience

04:31over the last 15 years of real estate development, which has been a phenomenal success thanks

04:36to our customer base and thanks to the city.
