00:00My story, my love with this island started a long way back, since 2007 I was one of the

00:17people who started living on Palm Jumeirah.

00:20Before actually being a real estate agent, I was an investor.

00:23I had multiple properties on Palm Jumeirah.

00:25I live here in Palm Jumeirah in permanent hotel residence.

00:30I live here around seven years.

00:32I opened my shop around four years together with opening this Nahil Mall.

00:37The most attractive things about Palm Jumeirah is location.

00:42Location and reputation and the vibe about this particular market.

00:47We are very comfortable because we have so many places for walking, for fitness area

00:56and so many different kinds of shops, food shops, any shops.

01:04So many flowers, so many green and fair beach area.

01:09And a lot of my friends live here in this area.

01:12It is a complete development.

01:13You're absolutely right.

01:14Now we are in Nahil Mall, for example, right?

01:17And it's adjacent to marine residences.

01:20So people who are living inside marine residences, they don't need to drive.

01:24They just walk from their apartment block directly to the mall.

01:28Also another benchmark is Royal Atlantis.

01:30Of course, the opening of the Royal Atlantis, again, elevated the name of Palm Jumeirah.

01:36This island attracts all the celebrities from all over the world.

01:41And because the clients who are living on Palm Jumeirah, it also attracts other people

01:48because they want to be next to celebrities.

01:50The luxury lifestyle of Palm Jumeirah can accommodate everyone from a person who is

01:56just starting their career, for example, just graduated and decided to start working.

02:03We have an amazing development right now, 7 Palm, where they are having studios and

02:11one bedroom apartment.

02:12It's affordable living, but it's in very good condition.

02:15Young businessmen love it because of the price tag, because they can enjoy living in the

02:21high lifestyle.

02:23And at the same time, they can afford to do that.

02:27They can afford to live next to someone who is paying, for example, $10 million for the

02:34apartment or even $30 million for the property or $100 million.

02:40They can live next to them.

02:42And the lifestyle is absolutely amazing.

02:45So basically, Palm Jumeirah is obviously for end users, mainly foreign users, as I said.

02:51However, investors are very much attracted to this particular property and this particular

02:57location.

02:58The main reason why investors are attracted is because they see that the value of Palm

03:06Jumeirah during all these years is now so high and they can see the potential because

03:13the properties which were built back in 2004-2005 now become kind of like already old fashioned.

03:20So what investors are doing, they are buying those properties and modifying them to make

03:25it updated again.

03:28And that's why a lot of investors are buying on the Palm.

03:33And nationalities, you just name all of them.

03:36Starts from Russians, Arabic, local, Indian, European, German.

03:42You just name it everywhere.
