00:26after the commencement exercises of the MOL at the Maritime Academy today.

00:3287 students finished their Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation.

00:37Meanwhile, 71 students finished their Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering.

00:4111 of the graduates are MMA scholars.

00:45All of them joined the in-campus education and on-board training of international vessels.

00:52It was announced by COMELEC that the pre-voting enrollment

00:57for overseas Filipinos using internet voting will start from March 10 to May 7, 2025.

01:04They are asked to register using their own device

01:08and look for a schedule for field or mobile enrollment in Philippine posts.

01:13After the enrollment, they can vote online from April 13 to May 12, 7 p.m. Philippine Standard Time.
