01:00Every one of us deserves a second chance.

01:05Then, I tell to myself, I need to fight. I need to become strong.

01:12My message and advice to anyone who's going through cancer right now,

01:17or having family and friends who are going through cancer right now,

01:20would be to surround yourself with positive people and pick up hobbies and goals

01:26and do positive things. For example, like me, I was drawing and making art and zen time,

01:32which is very calming for the body and the mind.

01:36I would also like to say, your first step to preventing and fighting cancer

01:41would be self-awareness, self-checks, and self-prevention. Thank you.
