00:05The 25th running of the $12 million Dubai World Cup sponsored by Emirates Airlines lifted

00:10spirits and set pulses racing on Saturday at Meydan Racecourse in Dubai.

00:16Spectators were prohibited from attending the big day because of COVID-19 restrictions,

00:20but fans followed all the action of all nine races live on television thanks to a massive

00:25broadcasting effort.
