AI recruitment: Which industries trust it the most and the least?

Most job-seekers are open to the use of AI, but are concerned it won't judge their skills fairly.

00:10A survey on 30,000 job seekers showed most of them are open to use AI in the job search.

00:18However, when it comes to the actual selection, there are concerns on AI's reliability.

00:26Furthermore, one in four candidates has zero or limited trust that AI would correctly assess

00:34their skills and experience.

00:37The most common concerns are linked to AI's inability to detect nonverbal cues in an interview,

00:45such as body language or tone of voice, as well as to choose the right candidate and

00:51to value non-traditional experience, such as travel and volunteering.

00:56There are also fears AI would discriminate against some candidates, particularly in Switzerland,

01:03Australia, France, Germany, and the US.

01:20University degree holders are the most open to be judged by AI in a job interview with
