00:00The DOTR-SAIC of Roadworthiness Inspection surprised a bus terminal in Da'u, Pampanga today.

00:12An inspection of the DOTR-SAIC of buses here in the biggest bus terminal in Pampanga.

00:17The SAIC made a surprise inspection of the drivers.

00:21Roadworthiness is the priority of the current inspection.

00:25And this is the first Roadworthiness Inspection of the SAIC outside of Metro Manila.

00:31We started this because it is closer to Metro Manila.

00:35Our operation for the Roadworthiness Inspection will continue in different regions.

00:42As for the SAIC, if the designated seats of senior citizens and PWD are followed,

00:48the authorities also looked at the driving capabilities of the drivers.

00:53The SAIC also ensured that the early warning device of each bus is in place.

00:57The group will also check who is the last driver to be alerted.

01:01And it is also possible for them to issue a show-cause order against the company of the bus.

01:06According to the SAIC, their target is that in the next few days,

01:10they will also have an inspection of the public jeep and UV Express.

01:14This will be a reminder to the operators, to the owners of the buses,

01:19that before leaving their vehicles in their garages, they should ensure that they are in good condition.

01:25Aside from Pampanga, the authorities will also visit other regions to conduct an inspection.
