00:00There is, like when we say, I remember, reform, especially education.

00:07Among the things I emphasize, other than improving the Malay language,

00:11because this is a necessity in our country's system that has been agreed upon for a long time,

00:19is to give a little incentive,

00:23to make sure that the mastery of English as a second language is good enough among the students,

00:31especially the middle class.

00:34Then, according to the usual guidelines, it will be scheduled,

00:40then our decision is 2023,

00:42it will be scheduled in 2024,

00:45it will be decided in 2025,

00:48the testing plan will be launched in 2026,

00:56in 2027 it will be launched,

00:59in 2028 it will be implemented.

01:02It can't be like that.

01:04Such a plan is a long-term plan.

01:07If now we decide in 2023,

01:10the launch and implementation must be in 2024.

01:15In 2025, the requirements will be developed.

01:18I don't deny the difficulties and difficulties

01:22because of the restrictions in our system,

01:26the flow and the teacher's training.

01:30But if we follow the old rules, we will be left behind.

01:35That's the issue.

01:36How do we choose?

01:38If we want to implement it quickly, there is a problem.

01:41If we don't implement it quickly, we lose.

01:45So, between these two factors,

01:51we have to move our troops to think and act

01:57with the resolution needed to save our country.

02:21to see their weaknesses and strengths,

02:25what they can do with resolution,

02:29and why we can't.
