00:00Two weeks ago, we launched audits involving not only government offices, but also government companies.

00:11Although I can guarantee that audits by government companies are certainly not the same as audits by government offices.

00:18First, they have to look at the free audit reports, and only if they are able to deny it,

00:29if there are some allegations that need to be corrected and informed to the leaders.

00:36What we need to pay attention to, other than the government offices, are the companies established by government agencies.

00:44I have instructed that no companies can be established under government agencies without a high-level approval.

00:54Because thousands, as I said, are causing great losses.

01:01However, it is not easy to decide to cancel it.

01:07But if it is necessary, we have to do it.

01:12Because it means reforming the institution.

01:20As a former KSP member, I have been tasked to provide some principles to diversify several agencies,

01:32which will be brought to the KSP.

01:35I will make a decision after discussing with the PM in a short period of time.

01:41Because it will provide a pathway.

01:43But I am grateful, Alhamdulillah, because whatever is discussed,

01:49we can see that there is a desire to bring change to our country.

01:54This is something that is needed.

01:58This is what is called the awareness of the times.

02:01Throughout the past several months,

02:04we have been able to launch an effort to innovate or reform public services.

02:12And the electronic payment system, i-Payment, is of course an innovation.

02:19And I agree that it should be immediately implemented.

02:25Because this digital transformation is what we have announced as the foundation of the country for almost a year,

02:31I believe that our goal to complete the entire month of April can be accelerated.

02:40So on the first Sunday of Ramadan, we will put this together,

02:44so that it is completed, or else there will be no holiday.

02:47Hopefully, I want to see this as the first, the inner struggle of conscience.

02:57Efficiency.

03:00Reducing the burden of the people.

03:02Providing the benefits of this development and the investment and growth records,

03:08and AI and digital,

03:12this will be beneficial to the majority of the people.

03:17And secondly, this effort is in the context of guiding ideas,

03:24ideas that can raise the dignity, movement, and rank of the people.
