00:12The UAE is not planning to tax individual incomes in the country, a minister said on

00:16Tuesday.

00:17There is no intention and no plans to impose taxes on the income of individuals in the

00:22UAE, Obeid Humeid Altair, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, said at the Federal

00:27National Council. Altair also dismissed any plans to impose taxes on remittances in the

00:32country.

00:34Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi heads to Moscow today after approving what's set

00:38to be his nation's biggest weapons deal with Russia since 2001, reaffirming a military

00:43partnership that newer suppliers like the US will find difficult to dislodge.

00:48The S-400 air defence missile systems, which India plans to buy, are among the crown jewels
