00:00Vikram and Ranveer come from a very similar school of thought, and I come from a completely

00:15So, kind of getting in sync with these two was a difficult task for me.

00:26literally pulling each other's hair out, trying to explain to each other that this

00:34So, but by the end of the day, it was all good, and the result is all out there for

00:35everybody to see.

00:36He always wanted me to stay in character and, you know, just to not talk after the shot

00:37is over and, you know, just be in that whole space.

01:18Three nights, and we're just going back and forth and, you know, all this prep and attachment

01:23material so Rakshi will come on set and be like, hey, what are you shooting today?

01:27Oh, okay.

01:28And then what happens?

01:29And then what happens?

01:30Come, ready.

01:31So, you know, we used to have a big question mark, we used to scratch at it, okay, there's

01:32this actress and she does these mainstream blockbusters and now she's in this movie and

01:33it doesn't seem like she has any attachment to this material and what's going to go on

01:48but when you see the movie, you will be nothing short of stunned and shocked at what Sonakshi

01:56Sinha has managed to pull off, the kind of range she's shown as an actor's epitaph and

02:03her most significant film and performance to date, if I may say so myself, she's an

02:07absolutely brilliant actress.

02:08Sonakshi, you have done very well, beta.

02:09I've gone.

02:10Usually when a script comes to me, when somebody's narrating a script, I can always picture another

02:17actress doing that role as well, you know, if not for me, who else could do that role?

02:23But with this, in this situation, I could really not picture anybody else and that's

02:28why I say that when he was narrating the script to me, every sentence that he read, every

02:33dialogue that he spoke about Parthi, I could totally picture myself doing it and you'll

02:40have to wait for the movie, I really cannot explain it, you'll have to watch the film.

02:44I've got a great lust, lust for lack of a better word, or zeal for life.

02:49I feel like I need to live every moment, I feel like, I feel like there's so much to

02:55do and I just need to do everything and live every moment and do everything quickly and

03:03it's just, I don't know, I think it's that and I feel like I've got one life, you know,

03:09I've got to do it, pack everything and do it.

03:12So, yeah, it's just boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

03:14Actually, a very quiet person, so I don't mind just sitting in one corner doing my own

03:18business, you know, going about with my work.

03:21So, it's fine, it's manageable, he can be at the entertainer and I can be like a spectator.

03:26Fantastic and he's playing an archaeologist, so if you were to dig up in your past, what

03:31In my past, you would find a very podgy little girl who's studying fashion, very boring past

03:38I've had, so nothing very exciting.
