00:43It's a strange concept in New Orleans to be doing that,

00:46but I asked the guy, why is this place in the heart of Louisiana,

00:50in New Orleans, going to settle the Great Debate,

00:53New York-Pizza-Chicago, and he gave this story.

01:29and then realized they didn't want to run a restaurant.

01:37I will say, Chicago deep dish is a tourist pizza.

01:41The true Chicagoans like the little tavern style.

01:44So, he says this is the only deep dish that you can get around here
