Diddy forced a male adult entertainer to coat his body with baby oil before sexually assaulting him ... and the guy says the substance made him incapacitated ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

00:00So we told you from the jump that baby oil was a big thing in the whole Diddy scandal

00:08that the Fed seized a thousand bottles of baby oil

00:12And it is the thing that people have talked so much about because it was such a bizarre

00:17It's so odd and remember we spoke with Mark Agnivolo, his lawyer,

00:22on one of our documentaries The Downfall of Diddy on Tubi

00:27and we asked him about it and he didn't quite know what to say about it

00:30You know, he kind of made a joke about it

00:33Right

00:33But now we know at least what one of the accusers in a civil lawsuit

00:40A brand new accuser

00:41A brand new one is saying the purpose of the baby oil and it's not what we thought

00:46No, this accuser who is filed as a John Doe says that the baby oil was laced

00:55and that the purpose of placing the baby oil on people involved in these freak-offs

01:02Was to drug them

01:03Right

01:04And that what, according to this lawsuit, that Diddy would have the person slather

01:12baby oil all over them that is laced with some substance

01:17We don't know whether he's talking about GHB or something like that, we just don't know

01:21But it would render the person kind of semi-conscious, I suppose

01:25Yeah, the way it's laid out in this lawsuit is a man who says he met Diddy back in 2007

01:30He was a Vegas adult male entertainer, said he was retained for dances and so forth

01:34But then it turned into sort of these sex parties that we've heard all about

01:38And he says that the baby oil was slathered all over him to the point that it was dripping off

01:43And he says after it was applied, he began to feel drowsy, disoriented, all of those things

01:48And became more sort of pliable to do the sort of sexual things that Diddy was directing him to do

01:53According to the lawsuit

01:54As he says Diddy watched, we're not going to get more specific

01:58It's about as graphic as it gets based on this lawsuit

02:02But suffice it to say Diddy was up close and personal watching

02:06It's extremely graphic and as you pointed out

02:08The feds pointed out those thousand bottles of baby oil

02:11That's mentioned in the criminal indictment

02:12But never further than that

02:13It sounded like kink-shaming, you know

02:15Maybe he was into baby oil

02:17But there's no crime involved with that

02:18It looked like it was just a pot shot at Diddy

02:20If this is part of the forensics of what they gathered from his compound during those raids

02:25It's going to add an entirely new dimension to this case

02:29Now, Charles, the one thing that I didn't quite know from the lawsuit

02:33Although I'm assuming is that if this is true

02:37I guess they would have taken the bottle and unscrewed the cap

02:41And then pour in whatever the drug is and then close it

02:44But I don't think he would have done it to a thousand bottles of baby oil

02:48No, but you would keep the...

02:49If this is true, you keep the baby oil stocked

02:53And then you open it and put whatever in when you need it

02:56What I'm getting at is, was there a stash with, allegedly, with this drug in it

03:02And did the feds find that?

03:03Well, I'm curious and we don't know

03:05This is a civil lawsuit filed by this accuser

03:08But we don't know if the feds have had any contact with this person

03:12Have they shared this information with the feds?

03:16And was this person...

03:17I don't know if this was clear from the lawsuit or not, Derek

03:19Was this person ever...

03:20Did they say that they were flown or transported?

03:24Did they fly or drive on Diddy's dime to any of these parties?

03:28There's the usual allegations of expenses being paid for transport and things like that

03:32So it'll be interesting to see

03:33Those things are part of the federal indictment

03:47If this was a means of drugging somebody

03:57But by the way, not the only case that was filed yesterday

04:05That were coming in

04:06Two women, each of whom filed their own lawsuit

04:09But they both say they were together in the 90s

04:13And went to a party at a famous club in New York

04:17And ended up at Trump Tower

04:19The Trump Hotel in Midtown New York

04:22And that they were taken up to the penthouse

04:26Both of whom say they were raped

04:29And it was, they claim at Diddy's direction

04:33And this was also an allegation of they were served a drink

04:36Were they

04:37That's right

04:38They said they were drugged and then they were raped

04:40And they were, even though they're separate lawsuits

04:44They're both filed by Tony Busby

04:46Who's the lawyer who's filed a lot of these

04:48And it's very clear when you read it

04:49The two of these women were together

04:51Because each says there was another woman present

04:53We did hear back from Diddy

04:54Who has given his sort of stock response to all of these

04:57He says, I can't deal with them individually

04:59But there were never any sexual assaults of adults, minors, women or men

05:02He says this after each of these are filed

05:04I do want to note that the one filed by the male

05:06Is filed by Lisa Bloom, not by Tony Busby

05:09Although the two later ones by the women that you mentioned

05:11At the Trump Hotel incident

05:13Those were Busby lawsuits

05:16And my main concern is

05:17I'm wondering why did John Doe continue to go back to the location

05:22If he felt that he was being disoriented by the alleged baby oil

05:27This is a great question, right

05:29Because there were multiple incidents that he is recounting

05:31So that could go to the credibility of the allegations or whatnot

05:35But there are multiple instances

05:36And by the way, we should say

05:38These are untested allegations

05:39So, you know, a lot of people are coming forward

05:42And there are so many of them

05:43And remember, none of these are going to be dealt with

05:46Until after the criminal indictment

05:48Yeah, so, you know, you can't accept anything as true

05:52You also can't say it's false

05:54But you can't embrace it as true

05:56Until it gets vetted
