00:54Participants enthusiastically tossed their Yi Sang, a symbolic ritual believed to usher

00:58in prosperity for the coming year.

01:01This marked the temple's 13th consecutive year of organising this grand-scale Yi Sang

01:06tossing event since its inception in 2012.

01:10The celebration coincided with Renri, the 7th day of Chinese New Year, traditionally

01:14known as everyone's birthday, a unique occasion that brings the entire community together.

01:20The temple grounds were transformed into a festive wonderland, with more than 1,000 lanterns

01:25of varying sizes, casting a warm, welcoming glow throughout the premises.
