00:00The Bureau of Customs issued a banning of illegal shipping of oil to the sea.

00:07This was after the Customs issued a fine of P217 liters of diesel to a motor tanker

00:14that was trying to ship oil to the Subuqin port in San Juan, Batangas using lorry trucks.

00:20According to the BOC Intelligence Investigation Service,

00:24the International Container Port has a total of P128 million.

00:30The ship's crews are facing several cases,

00:34including two Chinese nationals.

00:37And the Customs is continuing to ban the shipping of oil.

00:44We have passed a place where oil or diesel is being shipped

00:51from a motor tanker to lorry tanker trucks.

00:57They are lifting oil from high seas or international waters

01:03where they are attached to a mother vessel or a large ship that carries oil.

01:09And they are shipping oil.
