00:22as well because after 50 years of friendship he paces me for the last 150 metres which

00:29is exactly what I needed. Look, this has all been about raising money for the most incredible

00:37cause, the most important cause and I know a cause that has touched many of the lives

00:42of people that have been supportive and encouraged all the way through and that's been the inspiration

00:47right the way through this and your fantastic encouragement and support throughout and again

00:53I'll reply to all of the messages that have been coming through, just seeing them en route

00:57and actually people coming out to support me has just meant the world. The important

01:03thing is, I think at the moment, and I haven't checked what's coming today, we've raised

01:07£2,500 for bowel cancer which is what this was all about. So a huge cheers. Brilliant.
