00:00For me, starting a business, I think what I knew that I wanted to do was to support other small local businesses.

00:07And that's how we met.

00:09So I have to say, Colleen, you are absolutely amazing bringing in all the suppliers, all the local businesses.

00:16And I think that's credit to you.

00:19Honestly, it just makes sense to me.

00:21And I think especially within the community that we live in, it's such a supportive community.

00:27And everyone wants to support each other.

00:30So for me, it just made sense.

00:31This is the way for us to support each other.

00:34This is how we can do things.

00:35So I think from day one, I made sure that I had some things that were from local businesses.

00:41I remember I was even buying like cheese for the toasties from Pangbon Cheese Shop.

00:45I mean, it was quite expensive for just making toasties, but I was so dedicated.

00:50The best cheese.

00:51The best cheese.

00:52Everyone had to have the best cheese.
