00:02Here is our weather update.

00:04Again, the cold is getting stronger.

00:07Earlier this morning, the cold affected Northern Luzon.

00:11Now, it is reaching Central Luzon and Metro Manila.

00:15The easterly is still visible,

00:18the effect of this is still continuing,

00:19in the southern part of our country.

00:22With our countrymen in Northern Luzon,

00:24Central Luzon, and also in Metro Manila,

00:27we are expecting a cold start.

00:30But in Visayas and Manila,

00:32or in the cold part of our country,

00:34because of the easterlies,

00:35we will continue to experience a hot weather.

00:39We are not monitoring

00:44the low-pressure area or storm

00:47inside and outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:51In the next three days,

00:54we are expecting a continuous effect

00:56of the North-East Luzon and easterlies.

00:59In those days, the shear line will return.

01:04Tomorrow, we are expecting

01:08the whole Luzon to be affected.

01:12So, we will experience a cloudy sky

01:15with low to moderate rainfall

01:19in Cagayan Valley.

01:21Meanwhile, in the cold part of Luzon

01:23and Metro Manila,

01:25we will experience a beautiful and clear weather

01:28except for isolated rainfall

01:32as well as isolated thunderstorms

01:35in the Bicol Region.

01:41Let's go to Visayas and Manila.

01:43Along with the strong wind,

01:46the shear line will return

01:48and affect the eastern part of Southern Luzon

01:51and Visayas.

01:53So, in Eastern Visayas,

01:55because of the shear line,

01:57we will experience a rainy season

01:59where we will expect strong rainfall.

02:02So, to our countrymen,

02:04in Eastern Visayas,

02:06be careful and alert

02:08because of the strong rainfall

02:10that may cause floods or landslides.

02:14To our countrymen in Davao Region and Caraga,

02:18the easterlies will return.

02:20We will experience a rainy season

02:22where we will expect strong rainfall.

02:25So, there is a chance of floods or landslides.

02:30So, be careful and alert.

02:33In the cold part of Visayas and Mindanao,

02:37we will experience a fair weather

02:39where it will be partly cloudy

02:41until the sky is cloudy

02:43except for isolated rainfall

02:45or sudden rainfall

02:47especially thunderstorms.

02:51And because of the strong wind

02:53that we brought,

02:55that day, we issued a gale warning

02:57because we are expecting

02:59high clouds

03:01that will reach up to 5 meters

03:03in the area or in the coastal areas

03:05in Batanes and Baboyan Islands.

04:12the weather will be good and clear

04:14because of the strong winds

04:16but there is still a chance

04:18of isolated rainfall.

04:20In Baguio City,

04:22on Thursday and Friday,

04:24the sky will be cloudy

04:26with weak to moderate rainfall.

04:28And also,

04:30in Ligaspi City

04:32because of the shoreline

04:34and also,

04:36we expect

04:38a cloudy sky

04:40with scattered rainfall.

04:45In Tacloban City,

04:47on Thursday and Friday,

04:49because of the shoreline,

04:51there will be cloudy

04:53or rainy weather

04:55with scattered

04:57and strong rainfall.

04:59So, let's be careful

05:01and be alert

05:03because of the strong rainfall

05:05that may cause flooding

05:07or landslides.

05:10In Metro Davao,

05:13we expect rainy weather

05:15on Wednesday

05:17and Thursday.

05:19On Wednesday,

05:21there will be easterlies

05:23and on Thursday,

05:25there will be shorelines.

05:27So, let's be careful

05:29and be alert

05:31because of the possibility

05:33of landslides

05:35or landslides

05:37with scattered
